Join Stripe's EMEA Alliances & Channels team as a Partner Development Manager in Dublin. This role focuses on cultivating Commerce agency partnerships across EMEA, combining relationship building with revenue generation. You'll work closely with regional sales teams while executing global partner programs, marketing initiatives, and co-selling strategies that drive partner engagement throughout the region.
We seek candidates with sales and/or partner management experience in high-tech or payments industries. Ideal backgrounds include work with consulting firms (Systems Integrators, Services companies, Development Agencies) or technology partnerships (software, ISVs, cloud, infrastructure companies).
You should demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges, with proven ability to craft compelling value propositions and collaborate across organizations. Knowledge of payments economics and ecommerce ecosystems is advantageous.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
