Responsibilities In this pivotal position, you will: - Develop and implement performance metrics to assess Nurse Practitioner roles in various clinical environments, advising on key performance indicators. - Design and enhance data systems that facilitate research, quality improvement, and evaluation initiatives. - Analyze and interpret diverse data sources—financial, HR, clinical, and operational—creating visual representations to inform decision-making. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions, conduct surveys, perform process mapping, and prepare various reports and business cases. - Review and prioritize project support requests related to Nurse Practitioner integration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Provide technical expertise on data quality, statistical analysis, and best practices for data collection. - Identify trends and issues pertaining to Nurse Practitioner standards and performance, presenting recommendations to the Director of Nurse Practitioners. - Support Professional Practice projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, methodologies, and stakeholder involvement. - Contribute to strategic planning and change management initiatives that may affect workforce planning.

Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, health sciences/economics, or a comparable discipline. - A minimum of five years of recent experience in project coordination or management support within a complex healthcare environment. - A combination of education, training, and experience may also be taken into consideration.
