Freelance Support Specialist – Promuex

Job Description: Promuex, a Manitoba-based AI-powered online learning platform offering 1,000+ free courses and industry-recognized certifications, is seeking a Freelance Support Specialist. You will provide assistance to learners and freelancers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless learning experience. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours.

Responsibilities : Respond to learner inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets. Guide learners in using the AI tutor and online courses. Assist with account setup, certification tracking, and basic troubleshooting. Document recurring issues and suggest platform improvements. Support freelancer onboarding and internal operations as needed.

Requirements :

Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or administrative assistance. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable with digital platforms and online learning tools. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
