Responsibilities : As the Influencer Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - **Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management:** Identify and secure effective TikTok creators for our partner brands while building a robust network focused on TikTok Shop performance. Negotiate fair compensation models with creators to ensure mutual benefit. - **Campaign Management & Strategy:** Develop and implement data-driven campaigns for TikTok Shop. Create comprehensive briefs for creators to maximize conversion rates, and strategically plan product seeding and live shopping events. - **Performance & Analytics:** Analyze and report on the success of your creator collaborations using relevant KPIs.
Continuously optimize creator performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
Requirements : To thrive in this role, you should possess: - A deep understanding of TikTok and the nuances of social commerce. -
