Responsibilities **

• Develop responsive email campaigns utilizing HTML, CSS, and dynamic scripting languages including Handlebars and Liquid • Process and optimize Photoshop assets through expert image slicing and resizing techniques • Convert templating languages like Handlebars and Ampscript into Liquid format • Produce comprehensive campaign documentation with client-specific work instructions • Execute thorough quality assurance testing on all email developments to ensure premium deliverables • Operate within various external platforms according to client specifications • Research and prepare for client engagements by analyzing project scope and conducting relevant background research • Champion discovery initiatives, solution development, best practices implementation, and change management for client accounts • Strengthen client partnerships through timely deliverables and value-added insights • Collaborate with fellow Technical Producers by sharing innovative concepts and solution frameworks • Maintain responsive client communication for revision requests and production inquiries

This position demands exceptional development skills combined with strong presentation abilities. You'll work alongside Solution Architects, Business Strategists, and Marketing Strategists on our Delivery team, consulting directly with clients to implement sophisticated marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in client-facing environments while delivering technically excellent email solutions that drive engagement and maximize response rates.
