We are in search of a talented individual contributor (IC) who excels in designing and developing secure, large-scale data platforms.
Responsibilities : As a Tech Lead for our AI Data Platform, you will: - Build and enhance our robust data product platform, which handles nearly 400,000 data pipeline jobs monthly at a petabyte scale. - Architect and refine our cross-cloud data architecture, ensuring it remains scalable, low-latency, and cost-efficient. - Innovate by implementing AI-driven functionalities and data agents that assist our clients in crafting semantically-rich, AI-ready data products through tools like MCP.
Requirements : - Data Warehousing: Extensive experience with Snowflake is essential, along with familiarity with platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or ClickHouse. - Data Pipeline Orchestration: Practical expertise in Prefect is preferred, though experience with similar tools like Airflow, Dagster, Flyte, Mage, or Metaflow is also valuable. - Data Ingestion & Egress: Proven track record in managing data transfers to and from S3-compatible cloud storage solutions like Amazon S3, GCS, or Azure Blob Storage. - AI Data Agents: Demonstrated experience in developing agents, skills/CLI, and MCP servers utilizing Snowflake Cortex AI, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, or comparable technologies is preferred. - Application Engineering: Expert-level proficiency in designing and coding data-intensive back-end systems using Django and Python is required. - Data Observability:
Experience in monitoring data quality and anomalies using tools such as Metaplane, Monte Carlo, Soda, or Great Expectations is essential. - Cross-Cloud Data Sharing (bonus): Familiarity with sharing data products using Snowflake Data Sharing, Delta Sharing, BigQuery Sharing, or Azure Data Share is a plus.
Salary: €90,000 - €110,000
