We're seeking a dynamic talent acquisition specialist to help us attract exceptional professionals to our growing Operations teams.
In this full-cycle recruiting position, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our Mexico City operations by identifying and hiring top-tier talent for our SDC. You'll collaborate directly with senior leadership throughout the organization to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies that meet ambitious headcount targets. Your role will involve implementing innovative, scalable approaches to our talent acquisition processes while maintaining our commitment to diversity and inclusion. You'll be responsible for tracking key hiring metrics and providing regular updates to business leaders on recruitment progress. Additionally, you'll coordinate with multiple departments including Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal teams to ensure every candidate experiences a seamless, world-class recruitment journey from initial contact through successful onboarding.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who excels in fast-paced, evolving environments. You should be comfortable experimenting with new methodologies, incorporating feedback, and continuously refining our recruitment processes. Strong stakeholder management abilities are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and operational precision. Experience in full-cycle recruiting is required, with a proven track record of developing creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
