Responsibilities : - Assist in the planning and organizational preparation of trade shows, events, and internal gatherings. - Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and marketing teams. - Register and book trade shows and events, including exhibition stands, venues, and accommodations. - Prepare materials for trade shows and events, such as exhibits, giveaways, printed materials, and signage. - Document and follow up on events, including photo archiving, feedback collection, and summary reports.
Requirements : - Currently enrolled in or nearing completion of a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. - Familiarity with business processes is beneficial. - Previous experience in project or event organization through internships, student roles, or academic projects is a plus. - Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
