Based in Melbourne, you'll drive transformational conversations that reshape how leading enterprises approach payments and financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive Professional Services sales cycles for enterprise-level organizations
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on targeted account strategies to expand Professional Services opportunities
  • Manage bookings forecasting and drive Professional Services success metrics
  • Develop tailored proposals matching client business objectives through Professional Services and partner solutions
  • Guide C-suite executives in creating compelling business cases for digital transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate strategic pre-sales workshops covering discovery, assessment, and vision alignment
  • Structure Professional Services agreements and negotiate contracts/Statements of Work
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions for key accounts
  • Coordinate with go-to-market partners to align strategies and achieve shared growth targets
  • Brief delivery teams with client intelligence to ensure outcomes match business expectations

Requirements

Essential qualifications include 5+ years of professional services sales experience, ideally within technology companies or consulting environments, demonstrating consistent high performance. We encourage applications from candidates meeting these core requirements, with additional preferred qualifications considered advantageous but not mandatory.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
