**Overview**
Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems seeks a Staff Systems Engineering IPT Lead 5 to spearhead the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) function for the Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) Production program. This leadership position within our Advanced Weapons team requires full-time, on-site presence in Northridge, CA, with no remote work options available. The role demands an active US Government DoD Secret security clearance with capability to obtain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities **
As the SEIT Lead, you'll direct a cross-functional Integrated Product Team ensuring high-performance missile systems deliver on schedule, within budget, and meeting rigorous quality standards. Your technical leadership will synchronize design, manufacturing, test, logistics, and sustainment activities throughout the complete missile lifecycle. You'll report directly to the Chief Engineer while collaborating closely with the Program Manager, Configuration Management teams, IPTs, and customers.
Core duties include managing Root Cause Corrective Action investigations, overseeing Contract Data
Requirements List administration, executing configuration management protocols, and providing strategic support through Engineering Review Boards and Change Review Boards. You'll facilitate customer engagements including weekly Technical Status Sessions, risk assessments, and Change Advisory Board participation. Additionally, you'll coordinate monthly Estimate at Completion reports across IPTs to maintain engineering budget alignment.
