Responsibilities **
As a pivotal member of our Product Marketing team, you'll spearhead Go-To-Market initiatives that showcase Grafana Labs' value proposition to target audiences. You'll demonstrate how our solutions and open-source approach enable customer success across key personas and product segments. Working closely with product management and enablement teams, you'll facilitate the buyer's journey while empowering our sales organization.
This unique role sits within our Product organization, where you'll mentor Product Managers and Engineers on growth strategies and demand generation, embedding product marketing expertise into organizational tools and processes. Your responsibilities span strategic planning and tactical execution, including content creation for blogs, webinars, and video scripts.

Requirements **
We seek a seasoned professional who can actively collaborate with Product Managers to shape product value propositions, messaging strategies, and comprehensive go-to-market plans—from competitive analysis to sales enablement resources. You'll partner across product management, engineering, and go-to-market functions to develop customer-focused materials including reference architectures, implementation guides, and detailed product documentation. Additionally, you'll oversee new product and feature launches for designated target segments.
This fast-paced role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities in our innovation-driven environment built on transparency, autonomy, and trust.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
