About the Team The Solutions Architecture team is pivotal in collaborating with our most complex and largest clients to thoroughly understand their technical needs and align those with Stripe's technology offerings. As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Sales to assess new business prospects, showcase the capabilities of the Stripe platform, and devise comprehensive technical solutions for managing payment transactions, facilitating money movements, and streamlining financial operations.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with Chief Technical Officers, engineering leaders, and other key technical stakeholders to share technology roadmaps, present the latest innovations, and craft solution strategies that address their challenges. - Drive technical conversations and in-depth discussions with clients to illustrate the value that Stripe can deliver. - Act as a champion for your clients within the organization, ensuring their requirements are voiced in product engineering discussions and influencing product development and priorities. - Organize and engage in quarterly business reviews with clients, uncover new opportunities, and work alongside account teams on detailed planning. - Generate technical materials such as reference architectures and demos for clients, and represent Stripe as a thought leader at industry conferences.
Requirements You are a seasoned technologist with a mix of technical expertise and strong consulting abilities. While coding is part of your skill set, your passion lies in collaborating with users to craft Stripe solutions that align with their business goals in complex environments. Your strategic thinking and ability to communicate clearly will instill confidence in Stripe's technology across various levels, from CxOs to product engineers.
A proven track record of delivering outstanding results as part of a pre-sales team, combined with a strong technical background, makes you credible and effective with any audience.
