Overview: Join Airbnb as a Services Market Manager in Milan and play a vital role in enhancing the experience for both hosts and guests. Since its inception in 2007, Airbnb has transformed the way people connect and explore the world, with over 5 million hosts offering unique accommodations and experiences globally. Our Services Supply Team is expanding, and we are eager to welcome a new member to help maintain a diverse, high-quality service host base to meet guest needs.
Responsibilities : In this strategic role, you will partner with a dynamic array of hosts in your area, acting as a trusted advisor. Your primary aim will be to provide tailored insights and implement effective strategies that enable hosts to excel on the Airbnb platform. Key responsibilities include: - Establishing strong, trusted relationships with hosts, providing timely support, and conducting in-person meetings within your territory. - Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to pinpoint growth opportunities and guide hosts toward success. - Gaining a deep understanding of Airbnb’s product and the challenges faced by hosts, using this knowledge to offer relevant advice and relay feedback to internal teams. - Collaborating with your team to create engaging programs such as webinars and campaigns that assist hosts on a larger scale.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will bring: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, partner support, or a similar role involving direct engagement with partners. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and build rapport through various channels. - Strong commercial acumen to drive revenue growth for hosts. - A natural aptitude for relationship building, characterized by energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to foster others' success. - Proficiency in CRM tools and a collaborative spirit, ready to share knowledge and support the broader team. - Excellent organizational skills to balance immediate tasks with long-term growth initiatives. - Fluency in both Italian and English, both written and verbal.
Please note that this role is based in Milan and does not offer relocation support. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
