Overview: Join PTR - Profi Talent Recruitment UG (haftungsbeschränkt) as a vital link between our customers and workshop coordination in Aachen. We are seeking a proactive individual to step into this key role immediately.
Responsibilities : - Lead and enhance a dedicated team of nearly ten service technicians. - Gather and assess customer requirements to ensure satisfaction. - Prepare cost estimates and initiate assembly orders efficiently. - Take charge of a designated service area, overseeing the planning and coordination of service technicians. - Address complaints and manage warranty claims with professionalism.
Requirements : - Strong understanding of vehicle technology and commercial aspects. - Ideally, possess a qualification as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, Land- and Baumaschinenmechaniker, or a similar background; alternatively, a commercial training with an interest in technical vehicle topics. - Excellent organizational skills with experience in service or planning/coordination, preferably in a service advisor role. - A customer-oriented mindset, capable of teamwork and decisive action. - Proficient in German, with a passion for engaging with customers. - Previous leadership experience is a plus.
