As the Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics for Fraud & Safety Operations, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our community while fostering innovative analytical solutions.
Responsibilities : In this pivotal position, reporting directly to the Director of Advanced Analytics, Fraud & Safety, you will oversee a talented team of approximately 8 advanced analysts. Your mission will be to develop self-service decision systems that enhance safety metrics for various stakeholders, including Policy, Operations, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Key responsibilities include: - Managing comprehensive analytical workflows surrounding platform safety measures, including data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, experimentation, and visualization. - Driving the enterprise-wide 'Safety Single Source of Truth' (SSoT) strategy, ensuring data is structured, compliant with privacy regulations, and scalable across all global operations. - Creating user-friendly data tools that enable non-technical teams to ask insightful questions and conduct 'what if' analyses to derive actionable outcomes without barriers. - Developing compelling narratives and dashboards that present meaningful insights to executives and cross-functional teams. - Leading incident response efforts by providing rapid, actionable insights during critical events. - Collaborating on policy design and supporting external audits and law-enforcement requests.
