Responsibilities : As a key member of the Machine Learning team, you will be instrumental in advancing our Customer Support x Artificial Intelligence (CSxAI) initiatives. You will work on innovative AI technologies that enhance customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for both guests and hosts. Your role will involve: - Designing and developing groundbreaking ML systems and product integrations that address real-world challenges. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to create effective AI solutions for our Community Support products. - Staying at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and sharing insights with team members across regions. - Shaping early-stage initiatives into fully realized projects that will significantly improve customer interactions within the Airbnb platform.
