Responsibilities : In this strategic position, you will: - Analyze performance metrics, customer behaviors, and emerging market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities tailored specifically for Korea. - Develop comprehensive growth strategies based on insights and collaborate with regional and global channel owners to implement effective marketing campaigns. - Drive initiatives on prominent Korean platforms like Naver and Kakao, ensuring high-performance outcomes. - Work alongside cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Creative to execute tailored growth initiatives effectively. - Advocate for the unique needs of the Korean market during global planning sessions, ensuring our strategies are in tune with local trends and consumer preferences. - Identify and support the development of new marketing capabilities and integrations necessary for driving growth in Korea. - Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to leadership and regional teams, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
