Responsibilities **

• Champion AI transformation initiatives as a strategic thought leader in financial services, developing enterprise-wide Data & AI frameworks with emphasis on Generative AI • Create AI-powered banking solutions that seamlessly connect technological innovation with customer requirements and business goals • Cultivate executive relationships with C-suite banking leaders, steering AI implementation, compliance matters, and value-focused deployments • Spearhead comprehensive GenAI solution development through collaboration with data engineers, ML specialists, and business stakeholders • Establish strategic roadmaps and execution frameworks, guaranteeing AI solutions produce quantifiable business results • Execute AI and data solution deployments including data visualization, model creation, and application integration within banking infrastructure • Pioneer research and strategic planning for innovative GenAI financial services solutions while supporting market launch initiatives

Requirements **

• 4-5 years in AI product management, consulting, or financial services sectors • Proven expertise in AI and data analytics with demonstrated Generative AI solution deployment • Exceptional strategic planning, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities • Track record of successful C-level executive engagement and stakeholder management • Skilled in converting business obstacles into AI-driven solutions • Expert-level presentation abilities and AI solution storytelling proficiency • Fluent English communication skills • Adaptable, forward-thinking approach with genuine AI innovation enthusiasm
