Responsibilities In this influential role, you will be responsible for the product direction of Genius S, overseeing both the core Point of Sale (POS) platform and an array of Value-Added Services (VAS) that enhance its functionality. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product design, operations, and commercial teams to translate strategic goals into a well-defined product roadmap. Your work will ensure that Genius S evolves as a comprehensive platform, fostering innovation, simplifying processes, and delivering exceptional value to our merchants and partners.
Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing a multi-year product strategy for Genius S, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market trends. - Establishing a strategic roadmap that encompasses core POS capabilities and VAS, facilitating a cohesive ecosystem for merchant operations. - Identifying and pursuing opportunities to integrate new capabilities and services to expand the Genius platform. - Managing the evolution of Genius S to enhance software, payment features, and merchant experiences across various channels. - Leading the development of core POS functionalities, ensuring they provide reliable and user-friendly solutions for merchants. - Overseeing the strategy for VAS, identifying new service opportunities that enhance merchant value and differentiate the platform.
