Senior Business Analyst Opportunity in Mexico with Airbnb

Responsibilities : As a Senior Business Analyst on the Homes Global Business team, you will play a crucial role in shaping business strategies and executing key data projects for our Stays Business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing data trends related to supply, demand, and product offerings to provide insightful recommendations to Regional Supply Leaders. - Delivering actionable insights that will drive Airbnb's growth initiatives. - Mentoring junior analysts while collaborating closely with the Advanced Analytics team. - Running business data analyses for regional teams and building tools that empower Homes Regional Supply Leaders, Country Managers, and Business Operations to make informed decisions. - Conducting in-depth analyses to support planning cycles and performance evaluations. - Responding to leadership inquiries by providing precise, data-driven insights using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau. - Collaborating with Strategic Finance and Advanced Analytics to evaluate business performance across various metrics and identify strengths and weaknesses in different markets.
