Responsibilities **
You'll deliver prescribed treatment programs under the guidance of regulated healthcare practitioners, supporting both adult and pediatric clients in achieving their maximum potential. Key duties include implementing personalized rehabilitation programs alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. You'll foster client independence at home, work, and in community settings while leading engaging exercise programs and group classes.
Additional responsibilities involve implementing tailored behavioral interventions, thoroughly documenting client progress, and reporting treatment outcomes to supervising healthcare providers.

Requirements **
Candidates must demonstrate availability for minimum 2 weekday daytime shifts and commitment to person-and family-centered care principles. This approach emphasizes respectful, compassionate, culturally safe care that honors clients' needs, values, beliefs, and preferences while actively involving families in healthcare planning and decision-making.
