Join Stripe's Workplace team as a Real Estate Portfolio Strategist and help shape the physical spaces that embody our culture while supporting our mission to increase the internet's GDP. This strategic role focuses on developing comprehensive analyses and recommendations for Stripe's global real estate portfolio, transforming business priorities into actionable long-term plans. You'll collaborate across teams including Workplace, Finance, and People to guide critical investment decisions and footprint strategies. Reporting to the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy in South San Francisco, you'll be part of an agile team creating inspiring spaces for one of the world's leading financial infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Development: Lead creation and management of real estate portfolio strategies aligned with company long-range objectives, establishing strategic principles and investment priorities
• Scenario Analysis & Decision Framework: Build comprehensive portfolio scenarios evaluating cost implications, growth potential, flexibility factors, and risk assessments to inform executive decision-making
• Executive Support & Communication: Create compelling narratives, detailed analyses, and presentation materials for leadership discussions; represent findings independently or alongside portfolio leadership
• Portfolio Performance Reviews: Design analytical frameworks and core content for regular portfolio assessments, including quarterly business reviews and market condition updates
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to establish portfolio governance structures, performance metrics, and decision frameworks ensuring transparent, scalable real estate choices

Requirements

We're seeking a highly strategic, collaborative professional with strong analytical capabilities and experience in real estate portfolio management. The ideal candidate brings expertise in developing strategic recommendations and translating complex business needs into practical real estate solutions.
