Overview Join our partner company located in the northern part of Munich as a Project Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Renovation. We are seeking a professional to start as soon as possible, where you will play a crucial role in managing various renovation projects.
Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will independently handle the preparation and management of tender processes, ensuring comprehensive treatment of projects until final decisions are made. You will oversee repair processes and customer complaints, ensuring they are addressed holistically from both technical and commercial perspectives. Acting as a central point of contact, you will communicate effectively with national and international business partners, providing professional support at all levels.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring proper commercial handling. In collaboration with both internal and external partners, you will implement quality assurance guidelines and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of relevant standards. You will also aid in optimizing existing workflows by continuously updating process documentation and creating practical work instructions.
Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a technical or economic focus (m/f/d). Ideally, you will have gained practical experience in project-related work or a similar role. You are characterized by your analytical thinking and strong numerical understanding, coupled with a structured, goal-oriented approach to your work.
A high level of organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in both German and English is required to complete your profile.
