The Intake Social Worker will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance through Responsive Community Care programs, performing intake and assessment functions. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and dedicated individual aged 15 to 30, with a strong commitment to client-centered care and the ability to gather and assess relevant information effectively.
