About the Team: The GTM Planning team at Stripe collaborates closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, and Legal teams to ensure operational excellence in support of our go-to-market strategy. We leverage our expertise and analytical mindset to solve problems with a user-centric approach, enhancing and streamlining global business processes to drive key initiatives and align with the sales planning cycle.
Responsibilities : - Lead and oversee the daily operations of large-scale transformational projects. - Develop comprehensive project plans, establish key milestones, and maintain program integrity. - Standardize reporting and define system requirements. - Design long-term sustainable solutions for process improvements and tool development. - Analyze emerging challenges and opportunities, focusing on repeatable processes. - Engage with key stakeholders and leadership to align complex programs and secure necessary buy-in. - Collaborate across various departments (Finance, Legal, Systems, etc.) to influence and execute initiatives. - Build and manage large-scale transformational initiatives from inception to completion. - Create compelling business cases to drive cross-functional support and resource acquisition based on data-driven insights. - Identify and mitigate risks that could affect program delivery. - Develop roadmaps, project plans, change management strategies, and reporting methodologies to monitor progress. - Oversee change management activities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and support. - Advocate for the adoption of tools, including AI solutions, to enhance planning efficiency.
