**Overview**
Agiloft, the trusted global leader in contract lifecycle management software, is looking for a Product Manager Lead to drive growth initiatives within our Screens product team. This dynamic hybrid role combines strategic product management with go-to-market execution, user research, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be instrumental in guiding users through pricing tiers and optimizing automated handoffs to our sales team for qualified prospects.

Responsibilities **
• Lead complete product lifecycle management for product-led growth initiatives in Screens, from initial discovery through launch and ongoing optimization • Develop and maintain strategic product vision and roadmap targeting activation, user onboarding, revenue growth, and tier advancement metrics • Transform organizational growth and revenue targets into actionable product goals with measurable success indicators • Master user data analysis and execute A/B testing programs along with other growth experiments • Coordinate seamlessly across product, engineering, enablement, and go-to-market teams throughout the organization • Drive product-led growth motions that effectively move users through different pricing tiers at optimal conversion rates • Oversee automated systems that identify and transition product-qualified customers to sales teams
