Crafting and executing the global employee relations strategy in alignment with our core values and growth objectives. 2. Overseeing sensitive investigations and leading high-stakes inquiries in collaboration with Employment Legal. 4.
Advising on complex matters related to accommodations, leaves, and performance challenges in conjunction with internal teams. 5. Serving as a trusted advisor to People Partners and senior leaders on employee-related risks and organizational health, striking a balance between legal considerations and employee experience. 6. Enhancing management skills in handling employee performance and interpersonal issues. 7.
