Responsibilities : As a Finance & Strategy Partner, your role will involve: - Analyzing the company's financial and operational performance to pinpoint areas for improvement. - Defining critical metrics and indicators that drive business success. - Conducting financial assessments related to investment opportunities. - Crafting detailed client presentations that outline strategic plans. - Building and nurturing relationships with clients and cross-functional teams. - Utilizing financial models to devise solutions for financial challenges or assess the implications of various transactions. - Developing comprehensive models for in-depth analysis, ensuring they are accurate and timely. - Supporting investment decisions by analyzing financial data to predict market trends and economic conditions. - Serving as a financial advisor for strategic projects and investments, including foundational projects and shifts in business models. - Preparing actionable investment plans based on thorough financial analyses. - Designing analytical frameworks to measure investment efficiency and return on investment, thereby influencing key business decisions.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess: - A Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside 5 years of experience in a Strategy Finance/FP&A capacity. - At least 3 years of proficiency with Excel/Gsheet and SQL for building financial models and conducting analyses, as well as evaluating different scenarios. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in assessing investment opportunities through return on investment analyses to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business objectives. - Proven ability to prepare precise and insightful financial reports for stakeholders over the past 3 years. -
Experience in creating and managing budgets and developing dynamic financial forecasts using Excel/gsheet and other data sources for at least 3 years.
Salary: $179,088 – $220,800 per year. This range reflects the base salary for the position, excluding any applicable sales commissions or bonuses.
