Responsibilities : As a vital part of the Credit Risk Operations team, you will contribute to maintaining a robust financial ecosystem for businesses worldwide. Your role will directly influence Stripe's profitability and capacity for growth by supporting both new and established enterprises. You will be tasked with conducting credit risk evaluations, underwriting small to mid-sized businesses, and formulating strategies to mitigate risks, enabling Stripe to make informed decisions that benefit our users.

Specific responsibilities include: - Collaborating with a diverse range of merchants, from emerging startups to established organizations, to assess their business models and financial health. - Managing Stripe’s risk portfolio by gaining a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific risks, geographical factors, and operational frameworks. - Analyzing complex business models to identify unique risks and implementing effective loss mitigation strategies based on your evaluations.
