Responsibilities : In the role of Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Workplace team, providing essential HR support for our Tel Aviv office. This hybrid position involves overseeing daily office operations while creating a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors. You will also support key people operations initiatives, from onboarding new hires to managing benefits and union relations.
Your responsibilities will include: - Being the friendly face of the office, greeting guests, vendors, and staff as they arrive. - Coordinating logistics and hospitality for in-office meetings, events, and team outings, including planning celebrations and cultural holiday activities—some events may require after-hours flexibility. - Ensuring that the workplace is clean, safe, and fully operational daily, including managing supplies and addressing office equipment and facilities requests. - Collaborating with the People team to facilitate local onboarding, including right to work checks and in-person paperwork. - Providing translation or interpretation assistance for employee communications and advising the People Team on cultural nuances in messaging. - Leading local health and safety initiatives and acting as a liaison between Figma and employee representative bodies and local unions.
Requirements : We would love to hear from you if you possess the following qualifications: - Background in HR administration. - 2-3 years of experience in a startup or tech environment. - High proficiency in Google applications and Mac support. - Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage confidential information. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred qualifications (not mandatory): - Familiarity with tools like Asana, Fresh Service, and Figma. -
Experience in event management and project management. - Knowledge of health and safety practices.
