We're seeking a Healthcare IT Specialist specializing in Nursing Informatics to bridge the gap between clinical nursing operations and sophisticated health technology platforms. This role focuses on ensuring that digital health records and clinical information systems accurately represent authentic nursing practices while promoting secure, streamlined, and superior patient outcomes.
**Position Details:** Hourly Contract | $35–$80/hour | Remote | 10–40 hours weekly

Responsibilities **
• Interpret nursing procedures and clinical requirements into informatics solutions and electronic health record architectures alongside IT and development teams • Analyze clinical and operational data to detect patterns, system deficiencies, and enhancement opportunities for patient care standards and record-keeping excellence • Propose and facilitate improvements to healthcare information platforms that boost care delivery efficiency, user experience, and therapeutic results • Contribute to innovative AI projects while gaining exposure to advanced language learning models and their development processes

**Essential
Qualifications :** • Registered Nurse (RN) credentials or comparable clinical expertise with background in clinical informatics or healthcare technology • Practical experience utilizing electronic health record platforms (such as Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation processes • Demonstrated capability to examine clinical and operational data while converting findings into practical system or process enhancements

Qualifications :** • Previous involvement with data annotation, quality assurance, or assessment frameworks
