We're seeking a talented designer to craft experiences that help new and existing customers unlock value from our B2B fintech platform. You'll focus on designing solutions that drive customer acquisition, seamless onboarding, enhanced engagement, improved retention, and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities **
• Create and refine user experiences supporting acquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth • Take ownership of critical growth areas including first-time user journeys, feature discovery mechanisms, educational content integration, training systems, and upgrade pathways • Transform growth theories and strategic initiatives into user-focused, measurable design solutions • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to establish success metrics and assess delivered work performance • Partner closely with Product Managers to define problems, explore creative solutions, and ensure design decisions align with growth objectives • Work alongside Engineers throughout design and development phases, delivering comprehensive flows, interaction specifications, and implementation guidance • Collaborate with Senior Product Designer for strategic alignment, constructive feedback, and elevated design standards

Requirements **
• Proven experience designing for growth within complex B2B or professional products • Comfort working in ambiguous situations with evolving requirements • Strong ability to balance user needs with business impact and measurable outcomes •
Experience with fintech or professional services platforms preferred • Portfolio demonstrating growth-focused design work and user-centered problem solving • Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional team environments
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
