We're looking for a passionate Social Media Designer to take charge of our template creation for various sports, including football, handball, volleyball, and more.
Responsibilities : As a Social Media Designer, you will be responsible for: - Managing the template creation process for one or more sports, overseeing everything from initial concept to final product. - Collaborating directly with clubs, ranging from Bundesliga teams to local leagues, to translate their needs into impactful templates. - Utilizing our proprietary design tool to create visually appealing content (easy onboarding in just 1-2 hours). - Generating innovative ideas tailored to the specific requirements of clubs in your chosen sport and executing these ideas independently. - Working closely with our founding team, contributing your insights into the world of sports and club culture.
Requirements : To succeed in this role, you should have: - A background in media design, marketing, or communications. - Personal experience with clubs, whether as a current or former player, coach, board member, or team manager, giving you firsthand knowledge of club culture. - A strong sense of social media design that resonates within the sports context. - An independent and organized work ethic, allowing you to thrive without micromanagement while bringing your ideas to life. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with clubs of various sizes. - Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential. - A quick grasp of digital tools and a reliability in meeting deadlines.
