Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Administration Specialist (m/w/d) for our partner company located in the northern region of Munich. This position is available immediately and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial planning and management of public institutions and associated organizations.
Responsibilities : As a Financial Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing budget and financial planning. Your tasks will include overseeing budget monitoring, assessing expenditures that exceed or deviate from the budget, and assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements as well as closing activities in municipal finance and accounting. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports, conducting financial analyses, and preparing documents for committees and decision-making processes.
You will also handle tasks related to grants, funding, and contributions, as well as insurance matters and cost accounting.
Requirements : To be successful in this role, you should have completed training as an Administrative Specialist (m/w/d) or hold a comparable qualification, such as in financial administration or accounting. Previous experience in public administration, particularly in financial roles or budget planning, is essential. Familiarity with municipal budget and cash law will be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently, with a structured and meticulous approach to tasks. Proficiency in German is also required.
