Engineering Manager, Trust Platform - Remote, USA

As an Engineering Manager for the Trust Platform, you will lead initiatives aimed at protecting our platform from fraud while maintaining the high standards our users expect.

Responsibilities : In this pivotal role, you will manage a skilled and diverse team of software engineers dedicated to enhancing our fraud detection and mitigation systems. Your team will be responsible for the development of essential Trust systems such as the rules and policy engine, trust knowledge graph, and vendor API gateway. You will collaborate closely with Trust defense teams to adapt to the evolving landscape of fraud attacks, creating features that empower Trust product teams to quickly establish rules and enforcement mechanisms. - Set the long-term vision for the trust platform, driving innovation and investment in new technologies that enhance our fraud detection capabilities. - Champion operational excellence and reliability by identifying and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and resilience as we scale. - Facilitate the ability of non-engineers to deploy defenses and operationalize policies effectively, while enhancing our analytics and data tools to refine our rules and policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems meet the dynamic needs of our business and users.

Requirements : To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. You must be adept at managing complex projects and have a passion for developing secure and scalable systems.
