Key Responsibilities **
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for ad format enhancement and performance optimization across all four core platforms • Execute data-driven A/B testing initiatives to boost CTR, user engagement metrics, and reduce bounce rates • Transform XML feeds into compelling, high-converting native advertising display creatives • Enhance visual presentation and user experience for our Viewsly video player and integrated advertising components • Partner closely with Product Owners, Design teams, Data analysts, and Legal department to ensure compliance while maximizing performance • Analyze existing format performance to identify optimization opportunities and prototype breakthrough advertising innovations • Balance performance improvements with seamless user experience preservation
