As we expand rapidly, we're looking to enhance our growth through a robust partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities In the role of Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will play a crucial part in amplifying the commercial impact of our partner ecosystem, which includes app partners, channel/reseller partners, and service/implementation partners. This pivotal role is primarily focused on individual contribution with a pathway to a leadership position as the partner strategy evolves. Key responsibilities include: - Driving the commercial performance of our partner ecosystem, focusing on both sourced and influenced pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). - Identifying, onboarding, negotiating, and scaling valuable partnerships with app providers, resellers, OEMs, and implementation partners. - Launching key partnerships through organized co-selling and co-marketing strategies that yield measurable revenue results. - Developing and overseeing a structured partner program with defined criteria and lifecycle management, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation. - Facilitating partner-led expansion initiatives to penetrate new markets and foster scalable acquisition. - Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Platform, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner insights inform overall strategy and priorities. - Partnering with the App Success team to translate commercial initiatives into customer adoption and value.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: - Proven experience in managing and scaling partner ecosystems. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of driving revenue growth. - Ability to work cross-functionally and leverage insights from various departments to enhance partner-led initiatives. - A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Success in this role will be measured by the significant and predictable growth of partner-sourced and influenced revenue across various segments, strong engagement from app ecosystem partners, and the successful orchestration of initiatives that drive partner-led growth.

🕐 Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
