Overview: Join Stripe as an Account Executive, focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Dublin. Stripe is a leading financial infrastructure platform that empowers millions of companies, from startups to large enterprises, to handle payments and scale their operations effectively. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our SMB clients, enabling them to unlock their full potential in the digital economy.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will take charge of the entire sales process, from identifying prospects and closing deals to nurturing ongoing relationships and discovering new opportunities within existing accounts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with current SMB clients to devise and implement strategic sales plans aimed at generating revenue growth for Stripe. - Managing the complete sales cycle, including business case development, deal structuring, and negotiation, leading to successful closures. - Maintaining a designated list of accounts and creating tailored plans to secure and grow business relationships with high-growth technology firms. - Developing proactive outreach strategies to identify and cultivate new sales opportunities. - Steering the deal strategy and managing negotiations for significant, complex renewals. - Building strong relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts. - Coordinating meetings with relevant external stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and relationship expansion. - Participating in team projects to refine sales methodologies and contribute to the positive evolution of Stripe’s sales culture.
Requirements : We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications: - A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, ideally in a technical product environment, with a proven track record of high performance. - Strong ability to comprehend technical requirements and develop solutions that address client needs.
