By analyzing urine trends, Streamcheck helps identify early signs of urological disorders, ensuring effective treatment by urologists.
Responsibilities As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be the architect of our growth engine, acting as a strategic force behind user and practice acquisition rather than merely executing campaigns. Your focus will be on understanding funnels rather than channels, measuring success through pipelines instead of impressions. You will oversee the entire demand generation process, from creating awareness to driving conversions for both B2C (end users) and B2B (medical practices).
Your role includes designing and managing mobile-first funnels, performance campaigns, and product-led growth strategies. You will develop scalable acquisition systems emphasizing automation and data-driven iterations, collaborating directly with executive leadership on go-to-market strategies and channel architecture. Additionally, you will manage external partners and freelancers efficiently and results-oriented.
Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience establishing inbound pipelines, ideally scaling from five to six or seven figures. A deep understanding of demand generation, funnel architecture, and conversion optimization is essential. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar performance channels with significant budgets is required.
Product-led growth should be a part of your everyday practice, not just a buzzword. Familiarity with productized services, SaaS, or subscription models is advantageous. You should think systemically rather than in silos and be fluent in both German and English.
Nice to have:
Experience in the HealthTech or MedTech sector, entrepreneurial experience, or a background in agencies. Continuous learning through platforms like Reforge, Demand Curve, or similar is a plus.
