**Overview**
Join Binance as a DACH Community Manager focused on events and community engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This remote role combines digital community building with hands-on event management to strengthen Binance's presence throughout the DACH region.

Responsibilities **
• Build and nurture Binance's digital and in-person communities throughout the DACH markets, emphasizing local connection and engagement • Oversee Telegram community spaces, deploy automated bots, and launch interactive campaigns and gaming experiences for users • Plan and deliver compelling events ranging from local meetups and educational workshops to webinars that drive user participation and learning • Develop strategic alliances with regional cryptocurrency communities, academic institutions, and student organizations to expand Binance Academy's footprint • Recruit, coach, and oversee Binance Angels volunteer network across the territory, maintaining consistent communication and performance monitoring • Develop, localize, and review community materials in both German and English, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy • Oversee regional social channels and discussion forums while fostering constructive, secure community interactions • Champion Binance's brand identity, product offerings, and marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional community assistance • Research and launch new engagement platforms to broaden audience reach and enhance brand visibility • Gather and communicate community insights, regional market intelligence, and user feedback to internal stakeholders for strategic optimization

Requirements **
• 3-5+ years in community management, event coordination, or similar capacity • Extensive hands-on expertise with Telegram administration, bot deployment, interactive campaigns, and community gaming • Proven track record organizing successful offline and online events across diverse markets • Strong partnership-building experience with local communities, academic groups, and educational institutions • Fluency in German and English languages • Comprehensive understanding of Binance's product ecosystem including Spot, P2P, Futures, and NFT offerings • Outstanding communication, copywriting, and multilingual content development abilities •
Experience with AI-powered tools for community engagement, content creation, audience analysis, or campaign automation • Ability to establish KPIs, monitor results, and guide community volunteers • Goal-focused, independent, and adaptable to dynamic, rapidly-changing environments • Flexibility for travel and varied scheduling to meet community and operational requirements
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
