Responsibilities : As a Customer

Experience Agent II, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers across Europe and the broader EMEA region fully leverage the potential of our software offerings. This role involves providing essential support, resolving technical challenges, and guiding clients through software installations and upgrades, thereby ensuring their ongoing productivity and success. Key tasks include delivering technical support for our enterprise software, logging and addressing client requests with prompt resolutions or necessary escalations, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and updates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, documenting solutions for our knowledge bases, and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Continuous learning about emerging technologies and deepening product knowledge will also be part of your role.

Requirements : Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing technical position that involves troubleshooting, application support, system implementations, or production support in an enterprise or SaaS context is required. Proficiency in Java and SQL is essential, along with familiarity with technologies such as Liquibase, Oracle JDBC, Oracle RAC, MSSQL, and Apache Tomcat.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, are a must.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
