Responsibilities ** You'll collaborate directly with program managers, functional leaders, and cost account managers (CAMs), delivering critical financial analysis and administrative support. Your expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) will drive success across multiple contracts within engineering Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Key duties include establishing Work Breakdown Structures for budget execution, maintaining performance measurement criteria, developing estimates to complete, and supporting internal/external variance reporting.
You'll prepare government cost performance reports, conduct budget baseline and funding analysis, assess cost risks, and create visibility reports while analyzing performance trends.

Essential qualifications include proficiency with financial systems, foundational knowledge of EVMS principles, and hands-on cost performance reporting skills.
