Overview
Red Cell Partners, an innovative incubation firm focused on healthcare, cyber, and national security technologies, seeks a dynamic UX Designer for contract work with their portfolio company Trase Systems. Trase, co-founded in 2023 by Joe Laws and Grant Verstandig, leads in enterprise AI solutions, currently topping Hugging Face's GAIA Leaderboard ahead of tech giants like Google and Microsoft. This fully remote position welcomes candidates from anywhere in Canada.
Responsibilities
As our versatile UX Designer, you'll wear multiple hats across product, marketing, and executive initiatives. In product design, you'll craft user-centered experiences for agent-facing tools, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless functionality. Your marketing responsibilities include leading website UX/visual design, creating digital marketing assets, and supporting promotional campaigns.
You'll also elevate executive communications by designing compelling presentation decks for internal meetings, external audiences, and industry conferences, ensuring all materials align with our cutting-edge AI messaging.
Requirements
We're looking for a highly adaptable designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys transitioning between product UX, marketing design, and executive storytelling. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in user experience principles, visual design, and presentation creation. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with enterprise software design and technical product presentations is valued. This role suits someone passionate about AI innovation and eager to contribute to mission-critical applications across healthcare, oil & gas, and national security sectors.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
