Our engineering teams tackle exciting challenges across payments, search relevance, fraud prevention, and personalization while creating meaningful connections between people worldwide.

Responsibilities **
As part of our apprentice cohort, you'll begin with intensive technical training led by Airbnb's expert engineers, mastering our preferred tools and technology stacks. In the program's second phase, you'll join an active engineering team to contribute directly to live projects. Your daily activities include participating in technical instruction sessions, completing self-directed learning modules, collaborating with educators and team members on program milestones, communicating project updates to stakeholders, making meaningful contributions to team priorities, actively seeking and providing feedback, and engaging with the Connect, Engineering, and broader Airbnb communities.
Successful apprentices will be considered for full-time Associate Engineer roles starting as early as November.

Requirements **
We're looking for candidates with less than one year of professional (full-time, paid) software engineering experience by the apprenticeship start date. Notably, you do not need a 4-year Computer Science degree or equivalent higher-level technical education. This program is designed for emerging talent ready to grow within Airbnb's dynamic engineering environment, supported by dedicated mentors and teammates throughout your journey.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (full-time)
