Responsibilities : As a Collections Management Specialist, your primary tasks will include reviewing and recording cash orders, managing account adjustments, suspensions, and write-off cases. You will be responsible for processing both cash and non-cash payments, including handling returned checks. Additionally, you will create check deposit records and conduct internal reconciliations, transfers, and set-offs.
Your role will involve correcting erroneous bookings, resolving overpayments, issuing payment notifications, and handling complex issues within the payment and collections framework. You will also manage ancillary claims, follow up on overdue accounts, and initiate compulsory collections when necessary. Furthermore, you will prepare garnishment and transfer orders, oversee service provider invoices, and coordinate enforcement results with relevant departments.
Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess a completed qualification as a bookkeeper, office management specialist, or industrial clerk, or equivalent experience in financial or accounts receivable management. Previous experience in bookkeeping, collections management, or financial administration is preferred. Strong familiarity with accounting software, proficiency in MS Office, and a quick learning ability are essential.
We value team players with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, both over the phone and via email. Fluency in German is required to effectively navigate client interactions.
