Responsibilities **
As Brand Design Manager reporting to our Executive Creative Director, you'll spearhead visual storytelling across all marketing channels. Lead art direction for major product launches and multi-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless visual narratives across digital and print platforms. Partner with leadership to evolve Later's visual brand identity and design systems while presenting creative concepts to C-level stakeholders.
Create stunning visual assets spanning websites, email campaigns, social content, events, and sales materials. Build scalable templates and design frameworks that maintain brand consistency. Champion design innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements **
We're seeking a strategic creative leader with extensive experience mentoring design teams and executing high-impact visual campaigns in social media/influencer marketing. You'll need proven expertise in developing creative concepts that align with business goals and brand positioning. Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder communication are essential.
Technical proficiency in creating comprehensive visual assets across multiple marketing channels required. Ideal candidates bring deep understanding of B2B enterprise and agency audiences, plus knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
