Responsibilities **
• Maintain superior quality and attractive presentation of all bakery items including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls • Keep the bakery department fully stocked and operationally ready throughout business hours • Execute accurate product signing and pricing protocols • Follow strict cold chain compliance standards, including thermometer calibrations and temperature monitoring • Implement comprehensive food safety and sanitation procedures consistently • Handle ordering processes, clearance items, pricing adjustments, and product labeling • Prepare fresh bakery products by following precise thawing and baking instructions • Create and maintain secure, visually appealing product displays • Ensure proper product rotation and monitor sell-by and expiration dates
