Responsibilities ": "In the role of Forward Deployed AI Accelerator, you will integrate with a dedicated team of around 20 marketers, collaborating closely based on their functions, workflows, or locations. Your success will be measured by how many workflows you successfully transform and the degree to which your team adopts AI tools as a standard practice. Key responsibilities include: \n- Analyzing and documenting critical workflow enhancements within your group's daily tasks to gain a thorough understanding of their processes and results. \n- Developing customized tools, automations, and agents specifically designed for each marketer's unique duties. \n- Guiding and collaborating with marketers as they progress from awareness to full AI integration and independence in their workflows. \n- Empowering marketers to create and refine their own tools, fostering self-sufficiency. \n- Identifying successful patterns across your cohort and scaling effective solutions for broader use. \n- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of tools, playbooks, and transformation strategies to facilitate shared learning across the FDA team. \n- Celebrating and showcasing successes within your group and to leadership to build enthusiasm and drive momentum. \n- Monitoring progress rigorously against a maturity model to ensure every marketer evolves towards a self-sustained, AI-centric operation. \n- Preparing marketers for an autonomous future by enabling them to design and manage complex, multi-agent workflows.", "
