Responsibilities : As the Manager of the Startups Account Executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for Stripe’s North American Startup clientele. You will lead a team of talented Account Executives, guiding them to excel in their roles and meet challenging objectives while also engaging directly with customers. Your responsibilities include: - Recruiting and developing a high-performing team of Existing Business sellers. - Collaborating with senior leadership to shape the long-term vision and strategy for your team while managing daily operations focused on performance and growth metrics. - Driving upsell and cross-sell revenues while ensuring positive renewal outcomes for high-potential Startups and SMBs. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including C-level executives. - Coaching your team to enhance their consultative selling and solution-based skills throughout the sales process for existing Stripe users. - Inspiring and motivating team members for personal and professional development. - Working cross-functionally within the organization to influence Stripe’s product offerings to better serve customer needs. - Partnering with our VC and marketing teams to enhance our brand presence among Startups and align go-to-market strategies.
