Overview ClinicMind, a leader in Health IT and Revenue Cycle Management, is seeking an experienced Website Operations & Security Manager to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. With our U.S.-based parent organization, we specialize in providing innovative cloud-based solutions, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with tools that enhance patient-centered care while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the stability, performance, and security of all ClinicMind web properties. Your primary tasks will include: 1. **Website Uptime & Performance**: Oversee the availability and performance of our websites. Quickly diagnose and resolve any outages or slowdowns.
You will implement monitoring tools to ensure optimal site speed and infrastructure performance. 2. **Deployment & Testing**: Manage staging and testing environments that reflect production. Test all updates thoroughly before deployment and document release processes. 3. **WordPress & Platform Management**: Handle WordPress core, plugins, and themes to ensure their compatibility and stability. Conduct regular updates and backups, and troubleshoot any conflicts that arise. 4. **Monitoring & Issue Detection**: Continuously monitor for broken pages, non-functioning plugins, and UI issues while setting up automated error tracking systems. 5. **Security & Threat Mitigation**: Implement measures to protect against DDoS attacks and malicious traffic.
Regularly monitor for vulnerabilities and conduct security audits. 6. **Backup & Recovery**: Establish automated backup systems and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place and tested. 7. **Collaboration & Documentation**: Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to facilitate website updates and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in web operations, security, and WordPress management.
